June 2020 – Coronavirus has brought a compelling need for change in many business areas.
The automotive industry is worth £20bn to the UK economy more than half of which (£12bn) is aftermarket, the lifeblood of the industry providing 345,000 jobs in the country.
In a live webinar on Automotive EV last month, Unipart Logistics Automotive Director Richard Hankinson said there was already a need to realign the aftermarket sector to customer expectation before coronavirus, but now that need is even more poignant.
