Unipart Logistics has won a three-year contract to provide customer service solutions across Jaguar Land Rover’s North American aftermarket. The award establishes Unipart as the single point of contact for retailers across the US and Canada, focused on delivering exceptional service.
The team of 30 based at Mahwah in New Jersey become part of a Unipart North America customer services team with a strong track record of excellence in customer and retailer support. In April 2021, this was recognised by the Business Intelligence Group, who awarded the team the Outsource Partner of the Year award at the Excellence in Customer Service Awards.

This is the second new contract for Unipart Logistics with Jaguar Land Rover in the US following the award of a five-year contract in 2021 to support Jaguar Land Rover’s US expansion in the North East from Mickleton, New Jersey.
Mickleton, a flagship 280k sq feet aftermarket site, is the first US dual-brand site for Jaguar Land Rover, servicing 90 retailers and the Port of Baltimore. Unipart will employ 100 people to support inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, transport management, facility management for parts, and branded goods out of the new site.
Unipart has a long standing partnership with Jaguar Land Rover, managing global supply chain operations in the UK, North America and Asia Pacific. In the UK Unipart manages aftermarket logistics and packer operations, branded goods and in-production logistics at the Jaguar Land Rover Battery Assembly Centre.
In June 2021 Unipart Logistics secured a five-year contract to run the new, custom-built, 2.94m square foot Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire, which will open in 2022.
