Before joining Unipart Logistics, Alistair served as the Head of Sales for 3PL at Carlton Forest Group, where he helped businesses reduce costs, increase efficiency, and build resilience into their supply chains through agile, smart, and highly personalised warehousing and logistics solutions. He was also the divisional operations manager at Carlton Forest Group where he played a crucial role in the success of the company’s operations. His expertise in supply chain logistics and business development will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Unipart’s E-commerce division.
