The Challenge

In 2018 a multinational automotive and clean energy company required a re-evaluation of its processes to improve the traceability of its parts.

Missing serial numbers on motors were leading to prolonged traceability processes for customers, causing production and delivery delays.

So, Unipart was tasked with implementing a streamlined process for tracking, detecting, and classifying motor parts throughout their journey.
