6 Sigma Yellow Belt Training
Alan Jones, our Head of Business Transformation, is leading a 1-day Yellow Belt training course on Tuesday 3rd September. The course enables organisations to develop an awareness of Six Sigma and how it supports Operational Excellence.
Training is supported and followed up in-person or remotely with one of our Unipart coaches with additional digital training courses available. We can also provide standalone training modules on specific tools and techniques, including 6 Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.
